Renowned journalist and editor-in-chief of City News Network, Salim Bokhari was awarded with Sitara-i-Imtiaz in recognition of 50 years of outstanding service in the field of journalism, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Bukhari was conferred the prestigious civil award by the Punjab Governor during a ceremony of awarding the civilian awards on Pakistan Day at Governor House, Lahore.
