Hollywood is buzzing with speculation about a possible romance between Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas following their recent public appearances together.
Despite the rumours, a source close to the duo told People that there is "no romantic connection" between them and that they are "just friends."
However, celebrity matchmaker Alessandra Conti has a different take. Speaking to Fox News Digital, she suggested that if Cruise and de Armas were indeed dating, it could mark the actor’s return to the spotlight as part of a “power couple.”
"Since his highly publicized split from Katie Holmes in 2012, Tom has remained incredibly private about his personal life," Conti explained. "If he's stepping out with Ana publicly, it could be a significant moment for him."
Yet, sources insist that Cruise and de Armas are simply working together on an upcoming film project and that their recent outings have nothing to do with romance.
Still, Conti believes their compatibility is undeniable. "Even if they are only collaborating professionally, they would make a strong Hollywood match if given the chance," she added.
