Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi has paid a visit to the Gujranwala district, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Tuesday.
The CM presided over a meeting on the development projects and took a round of the Civil Hospital during his visit.Chief secretary, IGP and officials senior officials were also present.
During the meeting, he issued instructions to complete the ongoing projects at the earliest. He approved 10 big projects including a road linking to Motorway, establishment of Gujranwala University, setting up of a burn unit at DHQ Hospital, widening and repair of roads.
The chief minister also made an announcement to beautify a 15km road and issued instructions for early completion of construction of Alipur Chathha to Hafizabad Road.
During his visit to the Civil Hospital, he enquired after patients and interacted with their attendants. The chief minister was briefed about the administrative and medical affairs.
