Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar chaired the committee session for the Industrial Park on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The session was attended by Economic Affairs Division (EAD) Minister Tariq Bajwa, Director General (DG) of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), a foreign officer, the Food Security, and other participants.
Ishaq Dar assured that to accelerate the establishment of Special Economic Zones (SEZs) in place of Karachi Steel Mills.
He also emphasized that the industrial parks will be developed according to international standards.
The spokesperson expressed that the government is always ready to create a friendly environment, and we will ensure this for the public.
He also said that “The briefing has been given to Ishaq Dar for the project of industrial parks.”
The government is fully committed to promoting industrial development, he added.
