Chief Justice of newly formed Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) Justice Aminuddin Khan on Sunday constituted a five-member larger bench to hear the PTI’s petition against rigging in the general elections held on February 8, 2024, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The bench, headed by Justice Aamer Farooq, will hear the case on November 25.

The PTI had filed a petition for the formation of a commission in the Supreme Court, but after the passage of the 27th Constitutional Amendment, the plea was transferred to the FCC.
