Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi congratulated the Pakistan Shaheens on winning the Asia Cup Rising Stars, praising the team’s all-round performance and unwavering fighting spirit.
“Super final, super performance. Well done, Pakistan Shaheens,” Naqvi said in his congratulatory message following the team’s thrilling Super Over victory against Bangladesh A in Doha.
Naqvi said the Shaheens truly lived up to their name throughout the event.
“Pakistan Shaheens played like real Shaheens and became champions for the third time,” he remarked.
He applauded the teamwork that led to the title win.
“The Shaheens displayed outstanding teamwork to defeat Bangladesh in the final,” he said, adding that their performance remained “impressive throughout the tournament.”
The PCB chairman extended heartfelt congratulations to the players and coaching staff, saying:
