Sources close to the pair claim Swift is overseeing an ambitious makeover of the $28 million estate, aiming to turn the oceanfront property into a lush, flower-filled setting before the ceremony takes place. According to reports, the couple is prepared to spend more than a million dollars on landscaping alone, with extensive floral installations planned months ahead of the celebration to ensure the grounds bloom in time.
Insiders suggest the bride-to-be wants the estate to resemble a “floral paradise,” with orchids, hydrangeas and peonies in soft pastel shades forming the main theme. Additional funds are also being channeled into extra security to keep the renovation work under wraps and maintain the element of surprise.
Swift, 35, is reportedly planning a three-day wedding event, with close friends including her newly revealed bridesmaids Gigi Hadid and Selena Gomez offering input along the way. Both mothers are also said to be involved, helping coordinate everything from décor to pre-wedding events.
Kelce, 36, is believed to be hoping for a “big blowout” celebration surrounded by friends and family, although he has been clear that all major decisions will go through Swift.
