Dengue situation in Lahore is out of control as the Punjab capital reported 143 new cases and two deaths in a single day, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
On the other side, Islamabad registered another 74 infections of dengue while the total number in the federal capital has reached to 4,346 with nine deaths in this season.
As per District Health Office (DHO), 45 cases were recorded in rural areas and 29 in urban locality during the past 24 hours (Saturday).
