A man was killed and three others injured in a rocket-launcher attack on a village near Khairpur, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
According to police, the deceased and the injured have been shifted to Civil Hospital Khairpur. The condition of the three injured was said to be critical.
In this regard SSP Khairpur said when the police reached the spot, a gunfight broke out between the accused and the police. However, the accused fled the scene.
The attack on the village by the accused took place due to old enmity. Raids were being conducted to arrest the accused, the SSP said.
