Two proclaimed offenders were shot dead during a police encounter late at night in Charsadda, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
Police sources said that the police encounter took place in the jurisdiction of Parang Police Station in Charsadda.
The sources further revealed that the accused opened fire on the police team at a barricade. During heavy exchange of fire, both proclaimed offenders died.
The dead accused were involved in the gruesome murder of Constable Fasihuddin Khan and injured ASI Qaisar Khan a few days ago.
