The drama inside Tamasha Season 5 has intensified after actor Ahmed Rafique came out in support of Zeyb and questioned the way the contestant has been treated on the show. His comments, which also mentioned Babrik Shah, have now drawn strong reactions from viewers on social media.
Ahmed recently spoke about the criticism Zeyb has been receiving and questioned why he appears to face stronger reactions whenever he makes a mistake. While discussing the situation, Ahmed also brought Babrik Shah into the conversation and compared how mistakes by different contestants are addressed inside the Tamasha house.
In his comments, Ahmed said, “Whoever is committing a mistake in the house, only Zeyb is responsible because Badshah is only scolding him. Zeyb, how did you do that? I am not talking to you. And if your favorite mad child, Babrik the Great, makes a mistake, how did you do that? You made just a little mistake, haha!”
He continued by referring to Babrik’s mistakes, saying, “Babrik, there was a little mistake on your part, but you understood the game well, haha.” Through the remarks, Ahmed questioned what he saw as different treatment toward the contestants.
His comments have now triggered criticism from some Tamasha viewers. While Ahmed has received support for standing by Zeyb, other viewers have questioned his decision to defend him and argued that Zeyb’s own behaviour toward his fellow housemates has contributed to the criticism he faces.
Some of the reactions were particularly harsh. One social media user, Khanu Writes, mocked Ahmed by commenting, “Hahaha ub side role krny waly bhi baat krengy Babrik py pehly apni acting tou sudhaar ly Joker,” dismissing his comments about Babrik and taking a swipe at his acting.
Another user, Pervez Ali, targeted Zeyb, writing, “Zaib hi puphoo wali kam karta hi sara din ghatiya insan ghatiya soch.” The comment criticised Zeyb’s conduct and accused him of repeatedly creating drama inside the house.
