One person lost his life, and four others were seriously injured when a clash erupted between two groups after an exchange of hot words in the Rajanpur area of Dera Ghazi Khan district, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
The incident took place on Zia Shaheed Road in Rajanpur. Soon after receiving the report, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Mujahid Iqbal, along with a heavy contingent of police, rushed to the spot and shifted the injured person to District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) in Rajanpur, where a young man who was identified as Hussain breathed his last.
Hussain died due to severe stab wounds. City Police registered a case against the accused and started legal proceedings against them.
