Security forces have continued operations against militants in Balochistan under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3, with two militants killed during an intelligence-based operation in Turbat, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Wednesday.
According to security sources, the operation was carried out in the Jusk area of Turbat after security forces received information about the presence of militants in the area.
An exchange of fire took place between the security forces and militants associated with Fitna al-Hindustan, during which two militants were killed.
The sources said security forces were continuing to pursue militants who fled the area. Search, clearance and sanitisation operations were also under way.
Security forces remain committed to continuing operations against militants, the sources said.
