Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has deferred its plan to stage Sindh-wide protest on Tuesday (April 25), reported 24NewsHd TV channel.
PPP leader Nisar Khuhro maintained that the party by showing restraint was postponing its protest for the time being.
He said the PPP demands from all institutions including the judiciary that the public should be heard and simultaneous elections should be held in the country.
Nishar Khuhro warned that if the voice of the masses was ignored the PPP will again announce date for its protests.
He said Pakistan cannot afford scattered elections which would undermine the political system of the country.
