In its weekly report, Sangat Development Foundation said a total of 137 citizens – including 16 men – approached its women's facilitation centre in the third week of April.
The NGO added that 55 complaints were related to municipal and 68 other departments such as Social Welfare, Police Protection Center, and Nadra.
These complaints were referred to the authorities concerned, the report said, adding that 46 complaints of municipal issues have been addressed while the follow-up of the remaining is on.
Sangat Development Foundation Program Officer Afshan Nazli shed light on women’s role in resolving the issues.
