Film actor Ali Khan has died after suffering a heart attack, 24NewsHD TV reported on Friday.
According to initial reports, Khan was shifted to a hospital after his health deteriorated and remained under treatment in the emergency ward for around two hours.
Despite feeling unwell, the actor had set out to visit the Data Darbar, one of Lahore’s most prominent shrines.
He suffered a cardiac arrest on the way, fell from his motorcycle, and could not be revived, sources said.
Following his death, the body was transported by his brother to his hometown, Gujranwala, where funeral prayers are scheduled to be held later today.
