The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) on Monday arrested two hardened terrorists who were involved in serious criminal activities in Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
According to details, one terrorist, who was later identified as Tariq Aziz, was wanted by the police since 2014 in different cases including murdering an officer of an intelligence agency. His name was also included in the “Red Book”.
Later, the Counter Terrorism Department arrested another terrorist, namely Zulqurnain, whose name is also included in the “Red Book.”
The federal government also announced a cash reward of Rs5,00,000 as head money on both the terrorists.
Several criminal cases were registered against terrorist Zulqarnain in Lahore.
