One tola and 10-gram local gold prices swelled by Rs3,400 and Rs2,915 Thursday to reach Rs130,300 and Rs111,711, respectively, on the back of rising world gold price by $70 per ounce to reach $1,972 per ounce amid Russia-Ukraine tensions.
According to the report aired by 24NewsHD TV channel, one tola silver prices have also witnessed an increase by Rs30 to reach Rs1,490.
It is to be noted here that the country has witnessed an unprecedented rise in the gold and silver prices released by Sindh Sarafa Bazaar Association.
