At least 12 people died in a road accident in Khanpur town of Punjab, 24NewsHD TV channel reported.
Twelve people sustained injuries in the tragedy that took place on Mototrway M5 late on Friday.
Rescuers and local police rushed to the site. A passenger van overturned due to a tyre burst and a bus ran over it, the rescue workers said.
The injured were rushed to Sheikh Zayed Hospital in Rahim Yar Khan.
