The much-anticipated draw ceremony for Margalla Enclave Housing Society was held Monday at Jacaranda Club, DHA Phase 2, Islamabad.
The event witnessed the presence of Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa, Acting Administrator DHA Ghulam Murtaza, and other officials from the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and Defence Housing Authority (DHA).
A significant number of applicants, including thousands of overseas Pakistanis, participated in the draw for a limited number of plots in the prestigious housing project. Margalla Enclave, a joint venture between CDA and DHA, aims to set new standards in urban development with world-class infrastructure and amenities.
The upcoming housing society is set to feature botanical gardens, lakes, parks, mosques, healthcare facilities, schools, commercial areas, and five-star hotels. A state-of-the-art road and communication network will ensure seamless connectivity between Margalla Enclave and key areas of Islamabad, with the enclave being just six minutes away from Constitution Avenue.
The draw was conducted in a highly transparent manner, ensuring that every applicant had an equal opportunity to secure a plot. The ceremony was attended by applicants, investors, real estate consultants, builders, and social media influencers.
Margalla Enclave authorities assured attendees that development work would be completed in the shortest possible time, allowing successful candidates to begin construction at the earliest. The management congratulated all successful applicants, reaffirming their commitment to delivering an exceptional residential community that surpasses previous projects in quality and facilities.
