During a recent live episode of Jeeto Pakistan, Fahad Mustafa responded to Atiqa Odho’s advice about working with actresses closer to his age with his signature humor.
Speaking with Humayun Saeed, Fahad jokingly said he would now only star opposite Atiqa Odho and teased that she would need to undergo a few more “surgeries” before he could play the hero alongside her.
In his own words, he added, “Now I will only work with you, you’ll be my heroine. Get two to four more surgeries and then I’ll happily play the hero with you.”
The playful remark left fans in splits while also sending a cheeky message that Fahad is ready to explore roles with younger actresses in line with Atiqa Odho’s earlier advice.
Earlier, veteran actress Atiqa Odho has advised superstar Fahad Mustafa to work with girls of his own age.
Appearing on a television show, Atiqa was shown pictures of different actors and asked to share advice. When Fahad Mustafa’s picture appeared, she said, “The time has come for him to work with girls of his own age, I mean women.”
Aag Lagay Basti Mein — an action film set for Eid-ul-Fitr 2026 — starred Mahira alongside Fahad Mustafa, with Tabish Hashmi making his film debut and Javed Sheikh playing a crime boss. The film had been shot largely in Lyari, Karachi, giving it a gritty and authentic backdrop.
Produced by ARY Films, Salman Iqbal Films, and Big Bang Films, Aag Lagay Basti Mein was set to deliver a mix of action, comedy, and drama, with audiences eagerly awaiting Mahira’s new on-screen avatar.
