Govt orders transfer, posting of several officers from grade 18 to 21

The federal government on Tuesday issued orders for the transfer and posting of several civil and police officers from grades 18 to 21, according to notifications released by the Establishment Division.

As per the notifications, Farhat Ali Junejo, a Grade 21 officer of the Police Service of Pakistan currently posted with the Government of Sindh, has been transferred and his services placed at the disposal of the Intelligence Bureau Division.

Fateh Muhammad Qureshi, a Grade 20 officer of the Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service who was awaiting posting in the office of the Auditor General of Pakistan, has been appointed Accountant General in the Government of Azad Kashmir.

In another development, Raja Rashid Ali has been transferred from his position as Joint Secretary in the Poverty Alleviation Division and his services have been returned to the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan.

Additionally, Grade 19 Police Service officer Ali Sher Jakhrani has been transferred from the Government of Balochistan to the Sindh government.

Among Grade 18 officers of the Police Service, Sonia Shamroz Khan has been transferred from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to the National Highways and Motorway Police. However, the transfer of Muhammad Jawad Ishaq from the National Police Academy to the National Highways and Motorway Police has been cancelled.

According to the Establishment Division, all orders are effective immediately and will remain in force until further notice.
