A woman and her daughter were killed after a tractor trolley collided with a motorcycle in Korangi area of Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
Later talking to media at Jinnah Hospital, Niaz, the family head, said that he, along with his wife and three children, was returning from a wedding ceremony on a motorcycle.
“As we were on our way back home, a tractor trolley hit the side of the motorcycle due to which it fell down. Consequently, we all fell on the ground too. At that very moment, another tractor trolley ran over my wife and daughter due to which they died instantly. Luckily, I and my other two children remained safe. My daughter’s name was Shumaila and she was a student in class 8th” he elaborated.
On the other hand, police said that they had arrested the driver, who was trying to flee, and had also impounded the vehicle.
