Sajal Aly drew attention to a designer label on social media a day after sharing clips of herself wearing heavily embroidered bridal and traditional outfits.
Taking to Instagram, Aly posted a picture wearing an outfit by Laj by Lajwanti, captioning it: “Wearing my fav @lajbylajwanti.”
The outfit appeared to be a long tunic or pheran-style design, reportedly similar to the B02-06 piece from the label’s collection.
The look was presented as part of Aly’s personal wardrobe choice, contrasting with the high-end couture she had modelled a day earlier for Imrozia Premium.
In the earlier post, Aly shared a video featuring multiple traditional ensembles.
One look included a heavily embroidered bridal outfit in a soft off-white or gold shade.
The maxi or pishwas-style dress featured dense gold-toned embellishments, reflecting the elaborate detailing typically associated with formal bridal wear.
Another outfit shown in the clip was a pink-and-orange traditional dress, styled in a pishwas or anarkali silhouette.
The ensemble featured extensive gold embroidery on flowing fabric, presenting a more colourful interpretation of traditional design.
The pink-and-orange outfit has been seen on Aly on previous occasions, including during her engagement to former husband Ahad Raza Mir and in scenes from the drama serial Main Manto Nahi Hoon.
The repeated appearance of the outfit indicates the reuse of designer clothing across different events and projects.
