Barrister Farogh Naseem will be sworn in as law minister for third time on Saturday. President Dr Arif Alvi will administer the oath to Farogh at the Presidency.
He tendered resignation from the law ministry to represent the government in the Justice Qazi Faez case in the country’s top court.
Last year, Barrister Farogh Naseem represent Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa in the army chief extension case in the Supreme Court after resigning as law minister.
