Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Lahore has recovered child Mirza Azfar Jalees Baig and produced him in Lahore High Court in a case against the order of registration of a case by the Justice of the Peace, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
CCPO Bilal Siddique Kamiana and DIG Operations Faisal Kamran appeared in the court on Friday.
The child refused to go with his mother and gave a statement to stay with his grandparents.
The court allowed the child to stay with his grandparents and father.
The court annulled Justice of Peace's order to register the case against the child's grandfather, grandmother, and father.
A petition against the order of registration of the case and related to the recovery of the child was disposed of.
Justice Abhar Gul Khan heard the application of petitioner Asia Rashid.
The child's grandmother challenged the order of the Justice of Peace in the court.
