Pakistan continued their impressive run in the CAVA Men's Volleyball Championship 2026, defeating Nepal in straight sets to register their third consecutive victory without dropping a single set in the tournament, 24NewsHD TV reported on Friday.
Pakistan produced another commanding performance at the Garrison Jinnah Sports Complex in Islamabad, winning 25-14, 25-18 and 25-10 to strengthen their position in the competition.
The victory extended Pakistan's unbeaten streak in the championship, with the hosts maintaining a perfect record after three matches.
For Nepal, the defeat marked a third successive loss in the tournament.
They had previously been beaten by Kazakhstan in their opening fixture and Sri Lanka in their second match.
Nepal will now take on Bangladesh on July 26 in a bid to secure their first victory of the tournament.
The 2026 CAVA Men's Volleyball Championship, which began on July 22, features six participating nations—Pakistan, Nepal, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
The top four teams at the end of the group stage will qualify for the semi-finals.
The championship will continue in Islamabad until July 29, when the tournament champions will be crowned.
