The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has directed all its offices across the country to remain open over the weekend to ensure maximum tax collection.
The FBR field formations nationwide, including all LTOs, MTOs, CTOs, and RTOs, are scheduled to remain open and operate during normal working hours on weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, June 27–28, 2026, to facilitate taxpayers with the collection of duties and taxes.
According to an Official notification, the board also extended the working hours on upcoming working days offices are directed to stay open till 8pm on Monday and until midnight on Tuesday.
