Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) proposed an increase of 155 per cent in the gas price, 24News HD TV Channel reported on Sunday.
According to the channel, the application for increasing gas prices will be reviewed in the head office of the SNGPL at Kashmir Road Lahore tomorrow (Monday).
The channel reported that the SNGPL has once again demanded an increase in the price of gas and proposed a new price of Rs4489 per mmbtu.
The channel said that the increase in gas prices will increase the bills by an average of 155 percent.
Pertinent to mention that the price of sui gas has already been increased twice in a year.
