The flight system has been disrupted due to the Middle East war as more than 150 flights were canceled from airports across the country, including Allama Iqbal International Airport, on the three days of Eid-ul-Fitr, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
According to Airport sources, 73 flights were canceled on the first day of Eid al-Fitr, 40 on the second day of Eid-ul-Fitr, and 41 on the third day of Eid-ul-Fitr.
The air operation system will improve as soon as the situation in the Middle East improves.
All domestic and foreign airlines have no problems passing through Pakistan's airspace.
All facilities are being provided under international civil aviation laws.
There is no emergency situation at any airport in Pakistan and domestic and foreign air operations are running as usual.
However, partial air operations have been restored at Al Ain and Fajr airports.
Airports in Kuwait, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq and Syria are completely closed for air operations.
