Two months after welcoming her first child, Michelle Keegan turned heads at the Cannes Film Festival as she enjoyed a glamorous evening out sipping cocktails in a chic monochrome ensemble.
The 37-year-old, who gave birth to daughter Palma in March, looked effortlessly stylish in a white and black Chanel-inspired co-ord. Her eye-catching outfit featured a boxy blazer with gold detailing, perfectly paired with simple black heels and a classic Chanel crossbody bag.
On maternity leave and attending Cannes as part of her ongoing collaboration with L’Oréal, the Brassic star looked radiant with bronzed makeup and her brunette locks styled in loose waves.
While baby Palma was not seen during the French Riviera outing, Michelle and husband Mark Wright have reportedly been enjoying new parenthood with countryside getaways and quiet family time at their £3.5 million Essex mansion.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2015, are believed to have named their daughter Palma as a tribute to their beloved holiday destination of Mallorca, the setting for their pregnancy reveal.
Speaking on Heart Breakfast, proud dad Mark got emotional as he shared his experience of becoming a father: “It’s the biggest achievement of my life… Hats go off to my wife, she is an absolute superhuman.”
He added: “That moment when I held her in my arms... everything else goes out the window. It's made me realise what life is all about.”
Before her stylish Cannes appearance, Michelle was seen keeping it casual on a shopping trip in Essex with her mother, Jacqueline.
Dressed in a pinstripe shirt and drawstring trousers, the actress quietly stocked up on essentials from Marks & Spencer and Boots – even managing to go unnoticed by fellow shoppers.
