Caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar has appointed Dr Amir Bilal as his special assistant, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
Dr Bilal has been appointed as Special Assistant to PM on Medical Education and Patient Care.
With the latest appointment, the number of ministers in the caretaker cabinet has risen to 27.
The interim cabinet includes 18 federal ministers, 3 advisers and 6 special assistants.
