Issuing new instructions related to illegal constructions, the deputy commissioner of District East of Karachi on Monday placed a ban on the sale, purchase and transfers of floors in the district, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The notification issued in this regard covers all areas of the district namely Gulistan-e-Johar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, PIB Colony, Jamshed Road, Soldier Bazaar, PECHS and Mehmoodabad.
The DC made it clear that action would be taken against anyone found violating the notification.
