Former caretaker federal minister Gohar Ejaz on Wednesday urged doctors to serve patients wholeheartedly since they are the creation of the Almighty Allah, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Addressing the convocation held at the Allama Iqbal Medical University in Lahore, he, while addressing the doctors, said that they had opted for a noble profession. “First of all, I would like to congratulate your parents, who toiled hard for your future. What you are today is because of the sacrifices given by your parents,” he said, adding, “Now, when you have become doctors, you must demonstrate the strength of your character. You must bear this thing in mind that it is due to the benevolence of the Almighty Allah that a patient gets cured.”
Ejaz urged doctors to show professionalism in their careers.
