Hearing of Toshakhana 2 case against PTI founder Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi was held in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
Special Judge Central Islamabad Shahrukh Arjumand heard the case. Special Public Prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbas Naqvi, Umair Majeed Malik appeared in court on behalf of the FIA. During the hearing, defense lawyer cross-examined case witness NAB officer Mohsin Haroon. Bushra Bibi's lawyer Arshad Tabrez partially cross-examined Mohsin Haroon's statement which will be completed tomorrow.
Later the hearing was put off till tomorrow. During the hearing, Imran Khan and Bushri Bibi were produced in the courtroom from jail. During the hearing, the sisters of PTI founder, Bushri Bibi's sister-in-law and daughter were also present in the courtroom.
Senator Ali Zafar, Mashal Yousafzai, Barrister Saif were also present in the courtroom.
