Awami National Party (ANP) chief Asfandyar Wali Khan has sent a Rs100 million damages notice to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MPA Shafi Jan.
The legal notice was sent through Advocate Tariq Afghan in which he has taken the position that Shafi Jan made baseless allegations on the assembly floor and shared the video of the speech on his personal Facebook page.
It may be recalled that earlier Asfandyar Wali Khan had won a damages case against former provincial minister Shaukat Yousafzai, in which the court had ordered Shaukat Yousafzai to pay Rs1 million damages.
