Four policemen were martyred and two got injured as unknown armed assailants opened fire at Ababeel Squad in Bajaur district of Khyber Paktunkhawa on Wednesday evening during Iftar, reported 24NewsHD Channel.
According to police, the terror incident took place in Navay Kalli area in Khar Tehsil of Bajaur district.
The injured were rushed to THQ hospital. The victim policemen were identified as Yarzada, Daud, Imran and Siraj Ahmed. The police party was on its routine patrol when targeted by terrorists. The search operation is underway.
