A leading real estate group has accused a marketing firm of looting millions of rupees in the name of advertising through the leading local media houses, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Tuesday.
Al-Jalil Garden was paying Red Ocean for advertising in the national media.
The society admin alleged it got to know after three years that the firm was on a looting spree.
Acceding to the Al-Jalil Garden admin, the Red Ocean company fleeced Rs540 million.
As the admin decided to launch a legal battle against the ad firm, its owner Malik Irfan Rafiq started blackmailing and got bogus cases registered in Lahore and Sheikhupura.
