The price of gold Saturday witnessed smaller decrease despite the rupee continuing its downward trend against the US dollar, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The price of 24-carat gold has decreased by Rs600 per tola.
With this decrease, the price of 24-carat gold reached Rs141,000.
According to Sindh Sarafa Bazar Association, the price of 10-gram gold of 24-carat has also dropped by Rs515 to reach Rs120,885.
The price of 10-gram gold of 22-carat also decreased to reach Rs110,811.
The 24-carat of silver has remained stable at Rs1560.
The price of 10-gram silver has also witnessed stability as it is traded for Rs1337.44.
In the international market, the price of gold per ounce has popped by $3.
The international rate for gold per ounce has now reached $1827.
