A woman along with her two minor children jumped into a well on a family dispute in Chak Bhawan, Chakwal.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, both the children and their mother died on the spot after jumping into a well.
The rescue sources said that the woman and her children are identified as Nazia Bibi, 35, Affan, 5, and Muhammad Ali, 3.
The rescue teams have shifted the dead bodies of a woman and her children to District Head Quarters Chakwal for post-mortem.
