FIA arrest four suspect involved in human trafficking

Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Multan circle have arrested four suspects involved in human trafficking under the guise of employment visas for Saudi Arabia, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Wednesday. 

According to FIA spokesperson, the accused were arrested from Multan, Sahiwal, and Toba Tek Singh areas who were identified as Sabir Ali, Usman Saeed, Basharat Ali, and Muhammad Jamil. Sabir Ali, Usman Saeed, and Basharat Ali are found involved in human trafficking and visa fraud. 

The accused extorted millions of rupees from citizens by promising lucrative job offers in abroad. Accused Usman Saeed extorted 1.45 million rupees from several citizens by promising them employment visas for Saudi Arabia. 

Likewise Basharat Ali tricked a citizen into getting a job in Bahrain and received Rs860,000. Accused Sabir Ali obtained Rs480,000 from another citizen. The accused failed to send the citizen abroad and went into hiding after receiving the money. In another operation, an accused named Muhammad Jamil is arrested in DG Khan.
