Quetta Gladiators signed West Indies' Alzarri Joseph in place of Spencer Johnson.
Spencer Johnson signed with IPL franchise after PSL contract ended.
Spencer will join IPL team between April 21 and 23.
According to Quetta Gladiators, Spencer was not fit for initial PSL matches.
Quetta Gladiators released Spencer by mutual consent.
Quetta signed Alzarri Joseph due to Spencer's unavailability.
