A parliamentary committee Wednesday held a meeting under the chair of Ayaz Sadiq and approved the appointment of two members of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) from Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The names have been approved after various meetings of the Election Commission of Pakistan.
Babar Hassan Bharwana (from Jhang district) has been appointed as ECP member from Punjab while Justice (retd) Ikram Ullah Khan (from Swat) has been appointed as member from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
