Two youngsters who were riding motorcycles lost their lives after their collided in Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
The incident took place opposite Askari 9 Colony in Lahore. A spokesman of the traffic police said that both motorcycles collided due to overspeeding.
The deceased were later identified as Junaid Shafiq, a resident of Ali Park and Daniyal Sajjad, a resident of Manzoor Colony.
Soon after receiving the report, a police team rushed to the site and took custody of the dead bodies and motorcycles.
Lahore’s Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Syed Abdul Rahim Sherazi also took notice of the incident and summoned a detailed and comprehensive report from Superintendent of Police (SP) Traffic in this regard.
