Higher Education Commission (HEC) has declared internship and certificate mandatory for undergraduate students,
According to HEC, supervised internship will be mandatory in every bachelor's degree and the new policy will be applicable to all public and private universities in the country.
HEC has directed all universities to enter into agreements with companies, business units and government departments.
