The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday transferred and posted several judges of the lower courts.
According to details, 63 judges, 53 additional district and sessions judges and 10 senior civil judges are among those who have been transferred, according to a notification issued with the approval of LHC Chief Justice Aalia Neelumm. The transferred judges have been directed to report to the places of their new posting by September 29.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Mohsin Ali Khan has been transferred from Lahore to Multan, Additional District and Sessions Judge Rana Imran Shafi from Lahore to Jarranwala, Additional District and Sessions Judge Syed Azhar Ali Jafri from Lahore to Gujrat, Additional District and Sessions Judge Miss Shumaila Yaqoob Sindhu from Lahore to Nankana Sahib and Additional District and Sessions Judge Tahir Khalil from Lahore to Muzaffargarh.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Shahid Sadiq has been transferred from Gujrat to Lahore, Additional District and Sessions Malik Muhammad Latif from Rajanpur to Lahore, Additional District and Sessions Judge Saifullah Sohal from Ferozewala to Lahore and Additional District and Sessions Judge Mahmoodul Hassan Bhatti from Ferozewala to Lahore. Senior Civil Judge Muhammad Saeed (OSD) Civil Division, Lahore, has been posted.
Senior Civil Judge Muhammad Musnaif Ali was transferred from Lahore to DG Khan and Senior Civil Judge Sahiwal Muhammad Arif Khan was made OSD. Senior Civil Judge Muhammad Arif Khan was made Officer on Special Duty at Civil Court, Lahore. Senior Civil Judge Shakeel Ahmed was transferred from Rahim Yar Khan to Sahiwal.
Senior Civil Judge Muhammad Nawazish Khan Chaudhry was transferred from DG Khan to Nankana Sahib, Senior Civil Judge Muhammad Usman Gilani from Nankana Sahib to Sargodha, Senior Civil Judge Muhammad Amin Shahzad from Sargodha to Faisalabad, Senior Civil Judge Miss Shabana Hamid Mughal from Sahiwal to Pakpattan, Senior Civil Judge Ghulam Akbar from Pakpattan to Sahiwal and Senior Civil Judge Muhammad Jamil to Faisalabad.
