Chasing a challenging target of 186 runs, Lahore successfully reached the mark in 19 overs, losing five wickets along the way.
This defeat marked Multan Sultans' fifth loss in the tournament, denting their hopes of a strong finish in the group stages.
Daryl Mitchell starred with a brilliant match-winning knock of 64 runs, laced with four sixes.
Sikandar Raza also played a crucial supporting role, contributing a solid 40 runs.
Fakhar Zaman added 28 runs before being dismissed, while Abdullah Shafique chipped in with a handy 34. Muhammad Naeem managed 6 runs, whereas Sam Billings was dismissed without scoring.
On the bowling side, Multan Sultans’ Obaid Shah was the pick of the bowlers, claiming two wickets. Muhammad Hasnain and Josh Little took one wicket each but could not prevent Lahore's chase.
Earlier, Multan Sultans had posted a competitive total of 185 runs for the loss of three wickets in their allotted 20 overs.
Despite a strong batting performance, they were unable to defend the total against a determined Lahore batting lineup.

Batting first after Lahore Qalandars’ skipper Shaheen Afridi won the toss and elected to field, Multan Sultans posted a solid total of 185 runs for the loss of just three wickets in their allotted 20 overs.
Captain Mohammad Rizwan led from the front with a commanding innings of 76 runs. He was well-supported by Kamran Ghulam, who played a crucial knock of 52 runs.
Earlier in the innings, Yasir Khan managed 24 runs before being dismissed, while Usman Khan contributed 18 runs. West Indian batter Shai Hope could not make a significant impact, departing after scoring just 9 runs.
On the bowling front, Lahore Qalandars shared the wickets among their bowlers, with Tom Curran, Haris Rauf, and Daryl Mitchell each picking up one wicket apiece.
