A car carrying a family met an accident in Samundri due to dense fog killing two people including a minor and injuring five others on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to rescue officials, a family hailing from Lahore was travelling in a car. But due to thick fog on the highway, it crashed into a divider. As a result, two people including a kid died in the accident.
Rescue officials said that the deceased were identified as 27-year-old Ali and 11-year-old Rehan.
The injured included: Husnain, Sonia, Ayesha, Ahmad and Fatima, they added.
The family was going to Rajana from Lahore.
