Five people were killed in an exchange of fire between two rival groups over some property dispute in Nowshera, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The incident took place in Tangi Khatak area, police said.
Nawab Ali, Adil, Sohail (35), Wajid Ali (45) and Asrar (30) were among the deceased, police added.
The bodies of the deceased were shifted to a hospital by the rescue teams and the locals of the area.
