The Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) government has announced a state-wide public holiday on 27 December (Saturday) to mark the martyrdom anniversary of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.
A government notification confirmed that the death anniversary of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto will be observed at the official level across the territory, with various commemorative events planned.
The announcement comes as a mark of respect for the late leader, highlighting her contributions to Pakistan’s political landscape and her enduring legacy.
